    • Councils must also send a copy of Form 185 to the State Administrator at [email protected] so he can update the State Directory.

    • This form must appoint the following:

    • Failure to submit two audits may result in your council losing its bond (which provides financial protection to the council for misconduct by the Financial Secretary or Treasurer).
